Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and similar platforms have their own policies. Siftly is not responsible for outages or changes in how those platforms expose content.

4. Intellectual property

The Siftly brand, interface, and software belong to us. You keep ownership of the content you save; you grant us the license needed to operate the service.

5. Data and privacy

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and Data deletion instructions.

6. Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or end features. We will try to give reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. Automatic classification can be wrong; check the original source for important decisions. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damages.
